    • Mike installed a new hydraulic pump and custom made adjuster fabricated by Mark's Technical Services, Juneau, AK

    • Mike painted the engine room compartment and put in new floor boards as well as LED lighting to make the space easier to work in (photo below):

  • June
    • May 21-June 4: Karen and Mike delivered F/V Harmony Isle to Sitka as a vacation; had a dual birthday dinner at Ludwig's
    • June 4: Mike (right side below) with 2017 crew members 

  • July
    • July 1-4: King Salmon fishing Fairweather grounds to Takanis Bay to Cape Cross
    • July 9-10: Coho fishing Icy Strait and Chatham Strait 
    • July 12-14: Coho fishing Cape Cross and Takanis Bay

    • July 25: Coho fishing Cape Cross to Lisianski Strait
    • July 26-27: Coho fishing Cape Cross to Sitka for delivery
    • July 28: Test fishing and freezing round Coho for SPC

  • August
    • August 1: Offload in Sitka at SPC
    • August 6: Fishing Sitka to Sandy Bay on west side of Baranof Island
    • August 8-10: Coho fishing west side of Baranof Island around Cape Ommany to Port Alexander
    • August 13-15: Coho fishing Malmesbury and up to Kingsmill
    • August 23: Coho fishing Patterson Point to Mist Cove, to Red Bluff and down to Gut Bay
    • The cushions for the settee, V-berths (3) and wheelhouse were all replaced with new foam and covers in August 2017. See more pictures and information on the "Comfortable Interior" link on this blog:

    • September 15: Coho fishing Appleton Cove off Rodman Bay to Hanus Bay
    • September 16: Coho fishing east through Peril Strait to Chatham
    • September 18: Returned to Juneau and delivered to Hooked Seafoods to complete the season
        
  • October
    • October 15: Relocated from Lena Loop Road to North Star Drive
