  • May
    • May 11-26: Karen and Mike spent some vacation time through Memorial Day in Juneau and Funter Bay.
    • May 27: Mike took the boat north from Juneau to Valdez for the Prince William Sound shrimp opener. 



  • June
    • June 3: Arriving in Prince William Sound and heading into Valdez.




    • Shrimp fishing in Prince William Sound.
    • June 30: Heading south from Prince William Sound. first to Cape Yakataga and prospecting the shoulder of Pamplona Spur; then heading into Yakutat.

  • July
    • July 3: Departed Yakutat heading south for King Salmon opener. 
    • July 4: Fished the King Salmon opener from Cape Suckling down to Cross Sound. Weathered in at Porcupine Bay.
    • July 5: King Salmon opener closes.
    • July 6: Spent a relaxing day at White Sulfer Hot Springs!

    • July 8: Back in Auke Bay.
    • July 12: Mike flew back to WI for family reunion.
       
  • August
    • August 14: Mike flew back to AK to fish the Coho season; sold frozen product to several local Sitka buyers.
       
  • September
    • September 2: Auxiliary engine replacement project begins. 
    • September 21: New Isuzu auxiliary engine running well on board; for pictures and information on this install see:

    • September 26: Mike flew back to WI after season wrap-up
